Repair and Replacement

At Vrkshā, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and engineering behind every timepiece. Each Vrkshā product undergoes stringent quality control checks to ensure precision and reliability.
In the unlikely event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, we offer a seamless repair or replacement service under our warranty policy.


POLICY OVERVIEW

  • A product can be replaced or repaired only once within the applicable warranty period.

  • The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as mentioned on your invoice.

  • If the product was purchased from an authorized third-party retailer or marketplace, it must be registered on our official website (www.vrksha.in) within 10 days of delivery to activate the warranty.

  • If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, Vrkshā will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product (or parts thereof) with a new or refurbished item of equal value.


Vrkshā WILL UNDERTAKE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT IF:

  • The product stops working or shows functional defects due to improper materials or workmanship.

  • The product arrived damaged, or with missing parts or accessories.

  • The product fails to function under normal usage conditions within the warranty period.


CASES NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY / REPLACEMENT

The following are not covered under Vrkshā's Repair & Replacement Policy:

  • Expired warranty period.

  • Purchases made from unauthorized resellers, marketplaces, or individuals.

  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality or value of the product.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.

  • Scratches, abrasions, or general wear and tear on case, strap, or glass.

  • Damage due to water exposure beyond the rated water resistance.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.

  • Damage caused by magnetic fields, extreme temperatures, or chemicals.

  • Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage (including dents, color fading, etc.).

  • Battery depletion over time (for quartz products) or battery-related issues in automatic products.

  • Damage due to acts of nature (fire, lightning, floods, etc.) or negligence.

  • Products used for commercial or promotional purposes.


PROCESS FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

To raise a repair or replacement request:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team by emailing admin@vrksha.in or fill out the Contact Form on www.vrksha.in/contact.

  2. Mention your Order ID, date of purchase, and attach clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our support team will assess your claim and confirm eligibility under warranty.

  4. If approved, you will be advised to ship the defective product (in its original packaging) to our service center.

    • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

    • Upon inspection, if the defect is confirmed to be manufacturing-related, Vrkshā will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Note: Authorization of return does not guarantee replacement. Replacement or repair will be finalized after physical inspection at our service facility.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All products returned for service must include original packaging, manuals, warranty card, and proof of purchase.

  • Turnaround time for inspection and resolution is typically 7–14 business days from receipt of the product.

  • Vrkshā reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or damage due to misuse.

  • Decisions made by Vrkshā's Quality Control Team will be final and binding.
