Return and Refund
At Vrkshā, we strive to ensure that every timepiece you receive meets the highest standards of design and craftsmanship. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy makes the process simple and transparent.
1. Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving it — without needing to provide a specific reason.
The 7-day return period begins from the date you or a representative (other than the carrier) physically receive the product.
To initiate a return, please send an email to admin@vrksha.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the product.
Our returns team will respond within 48 hours with approval and return shipping details.
Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, protective films, and accessories intact.

The item must be shipped within 48 hours of return approval.

Returned products must reach our warehouse within 72 hours post-approval.

Products returned in damaged, used, or incomplete condition will not be eligible for refund.

Vrksha will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit of the return package — please ensure secure packaging.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Customized or special edition products (if applicable in the future).

Complimentary gifts, promotional items, or bundled offers.

Items returned in used, scratched, or damaged condition.

Returns received after 20 days from the original order shipment date.

Shipping and handling charges, except in cases of shipping error or defective delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product reaches our warehouse:

The item will undergo quality inspection to ensure it meets return conditions.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours of verification.

Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the product is found damaged, missing, or not in its original condition, no refund will be issued.
Note:

Refunds will exclude any shipping or payment gateway charges incurred during the initial order.

Vrksha reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To request cancellation, email us at admin@vrksha.in with your order details.

If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund (less payment processing charges, if any) will be initiated within 3 business days.

Once the order is dispatched, it will be treated as a return request, and return rules will apply.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You can then choose between:

Re-shipment (additional shipping fee applies), or
-
Refund (less shipping and payment processing charges).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us at admin@vrksha.in within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. Replacement product will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
6. Important Notes

Returns or cancellations must be initiated only via email for proper tracking and support.

Refunds are processed only after physical inspection of the returned item.

Vrkshā reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this policy without prior notice.
