Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.

5. Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us at admin@vrksha.in within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. Replacement product will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
